How long is my gallery available?
Your baby’s gallery will remain online for 14 days after the images are uploaded. This gives you plenty of time to view, share, and place orders.
If you’d like the gallery removed sooner, just let us know and our Customer Services team can assist.
Is my baby’s gallery private?
Yes. Your gallery is completely private and protected by a unique access code. Only you—and anyone you choose to share your code with—can view your images.
Can I remove my gallery early?
Absolutely. If you prefer your photos to be taken down before the 14-day window ends, reach out to our Customer Services team and we’ll remove it right away.
What if I lost my access code?
No problem. Contact Customer Services and we’ll help you quickly recover your code or send you a new access link.
Can family and friends view the photos?
Yes! Just share your access code with them. Anyone with the code will be able to view the gallery and place their own orders.
Can I still order photos if my gallery expired?
Depending on your location and circumstances, we may be able to assist. Reach out to our Customer Services team and we’ll do our best to help you retrieve or reorder your images.
What if I never received a gallery link?
Sometimes emails can land in spam folders or get filtered.
If you don’t see your email, contact Customer Services and we’ll resend your gallery access.
