Refunds are processed based on the policies of these platforms. Additionally, users can unsubscribe from all communications by contacting the support team.
If you signed up on our website:
Log in to account.joy.co using your email or phone number.
Check your email for a verification link to access your account.
Navigate to the "Membership" section in your account settings.
Select "Cancel Membership" and confirm your cancellation.
Refunds are processed through the app store where the subscription was purchased. The typical processing time is 3–7 business days, though refunds may appear in your account sooner. If you encounter any issues, you can follow these steps to request a refund:
For iOS Users:
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Locate the purchase for the Joy Parenting Club subscription.
Click Report a Problem next to the purchase.
Select a reason for the refund request and provide additional details if necessary.
Submit your request.
For Android Users:
Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
Tap the Menu icon and go to Account.
Select Purchase History and find the relevant subscription.
Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase.
Choose a reason for the refund request and complete the form.
Submit your request.

Tap on your name, then select Subscriptions.
Locate the Joy Parenting Club subscription.
