Refund & Cancellation FAQ

What is Joy's refund policy? Joy offers refunds on your first membership charge within 30 days of that charge. Subsequent monthly renewals are generally non-refundable.

What if I have a special circumstance? We understand that life with a new baby is unpredictable. If you have questions about a charge on your account, email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.

Can I cancel my membership? Yes. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops all future charges immediately.

What about annual subscriptions? Annual plans are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You can cancel your renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
