If you’d like to permanently remove your Joy account:
Steps:
Log in to the Joy app
Navigate to My Account on the top right
Click My Profile
Click Delete my Account
Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Important Notes:
Deleting your account removes all personal information, saved content, and access to Joy Learning Resources and Toolkits.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions must be canceled separately before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
