When logged into your Joy app, to find your photos:
Click the button with the 4 boxes on the top left next to "On Call"
From the Explore page, scroll down to "Memories"
Your photos will be there.
The app is only intended to host the color versions of your photos. If you are looking for black and white, those are accessible through the download link you received in your email.
