Q: What is my gallery access code?
A: Your gallery access code is emailed after your shoot and in reminder emails. If you can’t find it, go to bellababyphotography.com
→ “Forgot your access code?” and enter the email you used for your session. You’ll get the code in minutes.
Q: How long are my photos saved?
A: We store photos as long as technology allows. Photos from 2015 or later are usually recoverable. You’ll need your expired gallery access code to retrieve older photos.
Q: How do I download my photos without watermarks?
A: Purchased images can be downloaded via the separate digital download link sent to your email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Q: My download link expired. Can I get a new one?
A: Yes! Contact us, and we’ll send a new link anytime.
