Q: What does an error message on my album page mean?

A: It often means a digit in your privacy code is wrong. Please reach out by email ([email protected]) or phone (877‑249‑0004) so we can help.

Q: How long are high-resolution images stored?

A: We keep them on local systems for 60 days. After that, they are archived, and retrieving them later costs $35.

Q: How long can I view my Baby or Family Album online?

A: Albums stay live for at least one year. If you’re in the Baby Steps plan, the album remains available for one year after your final session.

Q: When will my album be available online after the session?

A: Once you’ve selected your favorites with the photographer, your album goes live within a few hours.

Q: How many images will be posted in my album?

A: That depends on the package you choose. If you want more than the standard number, you can pay a $25 deposit, which is applied toward your order, and we’ll post more images.
